Prior to acquiring the company, Mr. Walters was Senior Vice President for a nationally known, Chicago-based executive search firm that focused on the placement of outside directors for major Midwestern corporations.  He was also Vice President of an established, Chicago-based firm conducting searches for the hospitality/entertainment industries.

Mr. Walters' earlier corporate experience was as a Director of Human Resources for Siemens Building Technologies, a major Illinois-based manufacturer.   He held the same title at ITT Corporation in New York City, where he was responsible for the selection of key executives for the company's domestic and international divisions.
