Bill Walters is President and owner of Jonas, Walters & Associates, Inc.  Since entering the executive search field in 1985, he has managed over 600 searches covering a wide range of industries with particular strengths in Manufacturing and Distribution (over 100 different industries and technologies, click onto Industry Experience in main menu).

Prior to acquiring Jonas & Associates, Inc., Mr. Walters was Senior Vice President for a nationally known, Chicago-based executive search firm that focused on the placement of outside directors for major Midwestern corporations.  He was also Vice President of an established, Chicago-based firm conducting searches for the hospitality/entertainment industries.
